1350MW超超临界汽轮机技术优化及性能特点分析

摘要: 介绍了申能安徽平山电厂二期工程1×1350MW汽轮机的技术特点,采用高低位汽轮机布置、双轴两次再热,高置轴系汽轮机包括1个超高压缸和1个高压缸,低置轴系汽轮机包括2个中压缸和3个低压缸。阐述了汽轮机容量及汽缸配置的优化选择,并对不同汽缸配置方式进行了对比分析,此外,还分析了汽轮机蒸汽参数选择及优化,最后,介绍了轴系的轴向死点布置以及汽缸模块、汽阀的结构特点。

Abstract: The technical traits of 1×1350MW steam turbine in Shenergy Anhui Pingshan Power Plant Phase II project are introduced in this paper. The elevated and conventional turbine layout, cross compound and double reheat technology is adopted in this project, the high positioned turbine train consists one VHP cylinder and one HP cylinder, and the low positioned turbine train consists two IP cylinders and three LP cylinders, the optimized selection for power capacity of turbine unit and turbine module arrangement is presented and different turbine module arrangements are analyzed in comparison. Moreover, the optimized selection for steam parameters of turbine is also analyzed, and at last, the axial fixed point of turbine train and the structure characteristics of turbine module and valves are introduced.
