摘要: 本文深入剖析了大型互联电网对仿真计算数据管理的需求,并提出了解决方案;研发了提取多时间断面电网模型的技术和应对母线拓扑变化的计算数据处理技术,开发了电网仿真计算数据管理平台,并成功应用于国家电网仿真中心,有效支撑了调度和电科院系统等数十家单位联合计算数据的准备工作,成为国网运行方式数据管理和数据发布的平台。有效地解决了超大规模电网运行方式数据准备工作周期长、工作效率偏低等问题,统一了不同地区仿真计算的数据来源,实现了电网仿真数据的远端维护、集中管理和滚动更新,提高了电网仿真模型数据的维护效率及质量,为特高压交直流混联大电网的安全稳定运行提供有力支撑。

Abstract: This paper introduces the requirement of large interconnected power grids for data management of simulation calculation, proposes a solution to meet the requirement of data management of simulation calculation of power grids in China, develops a data management platform for simulation calculation of power grids, which is applied to the State Grid Simulation Center, supports the preparation of joint calculation data by dozens of units such as the Provincial Power Dispatch and the Academy of Electrical Sciences, and becomes a platform for data management and distribution of the State Grid. which has effectively solved the problems of long data preparation period and low work efficiency of ultra-large-scale power grid operation mode, unified the data sources of simulation calculation in different areas, realized remote maintenance, centralized management and rolling update of power grid simulation data, improved the maintenance efficiency and quality of power grid simulation model data, and provided strong support for the safe and stable operation of UHV AC/DC hybrid power grid.
