Research and RTDS Simulation on Suppression Methods of PT Fuses Blown

摘要: 电磁式电压互感器(PT)是配电网中测量和保护的重要设备,其高压侧装有熔断保险进行保护,在实际运行中经常发生异常熔断。针对这一问题,本文从电路原理分析了故障的成因,通过RTDS仿真平台验证了理论分析并得出铁磁谐振和低频非线性振荡等异常状况下的电压电流特征。分析并提出了一种改进的微机消谐措施,证明了其在一定范围的有效性,针对其使用的局限性提出将其与高饱和点PT方法结合,得到了更好地抑制过电压和过电流效果。最后在此基础上对几种已有抑制措施进行了验证对比,总结了各方案可行性。

Abstract: Potential transformer (PT) is an important equipment for measurement and protection in distribution network. The high voltage side of PT is usually equipped with fuse for protection, and abnormal fuse blown often occur, affecting the safety of the power system. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyses the cause of the fault from the circuit principle, and verifies the theoretical analysis by RTDS simulation platform, and obtains the wave characteristics of voltage and current under abnormal conditions. An improved method of resonance elimination is put forward and analyzed, which proves its validity. In view of its limitations, the combination of high saturation point PT method is proposed, which can better suppress over-voltage and over-current. Finally, on this basis, several existing countermeasures of fuse blown are verified and compared, and the feasibility of each scheme is summarized.
