An Accurate Investment Method of Power Grid Based on Full Life Cycle Input-output Benefit

摘要: 本文提出了一种基于全生命周期投入产出效益的电网精准投资(AIPG)方法,明确提出了电网不同应用场景的综合效益评价体系。首先,根据评价方法对不同场景的方案进行比选,得到可行方案。其次,在考虑投资能力约束的条件下对可行方案进行优化筛选排序,确定得到电网项目投资计划,实现电网发展的精准投资。最后,本文结合江苏电网进行实证分析,对项目进行优化筛选排序,论证评价体系的可行性和实用价值。该方法对提升电网发展投资效率效益意义重大,弥补了当前难以实现精准投资的空白和不足。

Abstract: In this paper, a new method of the Accurate Investment of Power Grid (AIPG) Based on Full Life Cycle Input-output Benefit is proposed, clearly putting forward a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of power grid in different application scenarios. First, according to the evaluation method, different scenarios are compared and selected and the feasible project is obtained. Secondly, under the condition that the investment capability is constrained, the feasible scheme is optimized, screened and sorted, and the investment plan of the grid project is determined to realize the accurate investment of the grid development. Finally, this paper combines the empirical analysis of Jiangsu power grid to optimize, select and sort the project, and demonstrates the feasibility and practical value of the evaluation system. The method is of great significance to the development of investment efficiency and efficiency of the grid, and makes up for the gap and deficiency of the current investment in precision investment.
