鄂西电网受灾原因及抗灾能力提升措施初探

Primary Study on Damage Causes and Anti-disaster Enhancement Measures of Western Hubei Power Grid

摘要: 近年来湖北省西部电网在极端自然灾害中发生过数次大范围、长时间的停电事件。对2008年至2016年鄂西电网受灾情况进行了统计分析,从电网结构、设计、设备、建设、运维等五个层面分析了鄂西电网受灾原因,并从电网规划、设计、设备改造、建设、运维等方面提出了鄂西电网抗灾能力提升措施建议。研究成果对提高电网抗灾能力具有重要参考价值。

Abstract: Western Hubei power grid has recently happened several large-scale and longtime blackouts in extremely natural disasters. The damage of western Hubei power grid caused by natural disasters from 2008 to 2016 is analyzed. The damage causes of western Hubei power grid are analyzed from five aspects, including grid structure, design, equipment, construction, operation and maintenance. And the anti-disaster enhancement measures of western Hubei power grid are proposed from the aspects of grid planning, design, equipment transformation, construction, operation and maintenance. The research results have important reference value to improve anti-disaster ability of power grid.
