多特高压直流参与受端“强直弱交”电网安全防线的协调控制技术研究

Study on the Coordinated Control Technology of Multi-HVDC Participating in the Defense Line of the Receiving-end Power Grid Based on Strong DC and Weak AC

摘要: 特高压直流以其快速、灵活的调控特点成为电网运行中有效的控制手段,结合实际电网,研究特高压直流控制在电网安全防御的作用及功能尤其必要。本文结合我国典型的受端电网“强直弱交”实际场景,仿真分析了强直流冲击弱交流的安全稳定风险,提出了应对直流闭锁风险的特高压直流参与受端电网三道安全防线的控制策略,包括:特高压直流功率预控;特高压直流与切负荷等安控的紧急协调控制策略;弱交流通道解列后特高压直流与低频减载的协调配合策略等。仿真验证了特性及策略的合理性。

Abstract: With the characteristics of fast and flexible control, HVDC becomes an effective control method in the operation of the power grid. Combined with the actual power grid, it is especially necessary to study the impact and function of the HVDC control for the grid safety and defense. This paper carried on the simulation for the security and stability risks of the strong DC impacting weak AC based on the typical actual scene of the receiving-end power grid of strong DC and weak AC. Meanwhile, the controlling strategies of HVDC Participating in the Three-Defense Line of the receiving-end power grid in response to the DC blocking risk were proposed, including: power pre-control measures of HVDC; the emergency coordinated control strategy of the HVDC and security control measures of load shedding; the coordination strategy of HVDC and under-frequency load shedding after weak AC channel interconnected. Simulations verify the rationality of characteristics and strategies.
